<OS 10048> only one usage of each socket address<protocol/network address/port> is normally permitted :make_sock : could not bind to address no listening sockets available, shutting down. Unable to open logs

    could you say in which circumstances
    comes out such message ?

    Seems output of self-made socket program in building state,
    or bad parameter ( passed to released program/service.

    ya sure. I have installed db2, then websphere application server after that ibm http server on Windows server 2003 enterprise x64 sp2. The above installation was done so that i can perform clustering of websphere application server. This problem arises when i start the ibm http server.
