How to add text in existing PDF using iText?

I need to add simple text in existing PDF file at specific place.
In JAVA, of course..
How to add it using iText 2.1.5?

Im attaching PDF. i want to add string "Omkar" after "Hello"...

    But I gone thru that page, but I need to insert text at specified position...
