I have an access database that can send out emails via CDO.  However, we are looking to move it onto a Citrix server and I wanted to know if CDO capability would still exist.

    Accepted Solution

Yes it should. Though some things to note if you use MAPI and MAPI profiles in your application that MAPI profile will need to be created for each user that launches your access Database via Citrix (might want to create it then save the settings from HKCU into a reg file that is applied as part of a User GPO or even usrlogin.cmd to make sure it creates the correct MAPI profile your DB is looking for).

CDO SMTP direct though should work with no issues (or profiles).
