The configuration profiles are stored in c:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\VPN Client\Profiles

If you need to configure a user, just copy an existing profile.

Create a profile using the Cisco VPN client software.  It will create the first profile.

Are you asking how to configure the client software or set up a VPN in a router/PIX/ASA/concentrator???

If the later, you need SO much more detail to your question to begin to be useful.

Before you setup VPN client for a user, I guess you need to set it up somewhere on the router. Can you start from here(router) and come down to the client?
