IIS default website cannot start

I have a 2003 sbs server running exchange and IIS. I cannot start the default website to configure webmail. The error I get when I try and start it is 'The format of the specified network name is invalid '. Webmail has never been configured before on this server. About 18 months ago the server had an LAN side IP change, maybe this caused it.

Did you run the wizard after making the change?
Start with the Configure Internet and Email wizard.

Yes I have done now and that meant I could start the website. So thanks for that. I have a new problem now with outlook web access. After starting the default website I cannot internally get OWA to work using http://servername/exchange. However its a new issue so I will post a different call.
