Is there any way i can set Email Disclaimer / Banner via Exchange 2000 and 2003 so that any email sent to external domain include my email disclaimer at the end of every email message?

I have multiple domains, can it be done on per domain level?

You have to use VBScript to do it just with Exchange, the link below gives you the details:-

Alternatively you can use a 3rd party application such as GFI MailEssentials.

The Microsoft solution is a piece of junk, that simply doesn't work in any consistent manner. Look at third party tools designed for the job like Exclaimer or Policy Patrol. Exclaimer I know (as I have deployed it) will build the signatures and disclaimer information completely on the fly.

However, do look at what you already have. Some products have the feature already.
