The Microsoft solution is a piece of junk, that simply doesn't work in any consistent manner. Look at third party tools designed for the job like Exclaimer or Policy Patrol. Exclaimer I know (as I have deployed it) will build the signatures and disclaimer information completely on the fly. <br />

However, do look at what you already have. Some products have the feature already. <br />
