I have X4 DC's and am now unable to RDC onto one them because of the Terminal services license issue, I have noticed out of all four DC's that only two of them are configured with terminal services.

Should I have all four DC'S configured as Terminal services ext.

The message I am getting on just one of the Dc's and not the others is: - The remote session disconnected because there are no Terminal Server client licenses available for this computer.

This happens 90 days after the first RDP connection to the server, which is currently a Terminal Server.  I'm guessing your other Terminal Server is newer, and hence hasn't passed 90 days yet.  The solution is to buy CALs for the Terminal Servers, if in fact you need them to be Terminal Servers.  Otherwise, you could uninstall it.
