Lotus Notes Traveler Setup

We are wanting to set up Traveller and have done all that seems correct according to the IBM pages(publib.boulder.ibm.com), but need help on the concept as we are missing a stage.  Do we have to run a web site?

No expert here, but my understanding is;

Install traveler
Check the home page works
Navigate to home page using PDA
Install app through link

Also, be aware that there is a Policy and a Settings document for Traveler - I used the defaults, but I suspect you'd at least need a settings doc applied through a policy.

I've set it up so far myself, but  not been able to test yet.
