ERR 5: Error finding vfloppy.sys, ERR 8: Fake floppy driver not found

When we boot a windows 2000 server, we get this ERR 5:

    By using the recovery console, will fixmbr cause any issues that you know of?

    I have used fixmbr a couple of times and never faced an issue, however I did heard a lot of issues like corrupted part tables and cannot boot as such. so take a good backup before you attempt it.
