Hello All
I have a pop3 program collecting mail from my ISP and this forwards to exchange on a per user basis.
This is my solution as a spam filtering and antivirus solution until i can get an Edge Server set up.

Currently my outgoing mail goes to for all mail.

Where is the option to send the mail to a host on my network rather than a SMTP server.

I see that in earlier versions i could select send mail to a host, where is this in 2007 and what do i enter.

You don't need to have an Edge server if you want to have antispam filtering. There is no need at all to use a POP3 connector - awful things.

To send email out through another server you have to set a smart host on a Send Connector.

    ah i have found it
i created a new send connector with the smart host
and it now uses my pop3 server to route mail in and out.
