What is an efficient way to view a person's group (SG and DL) membership if the person seeking the info is not a Domain Admin.
Thanks,

By default a non-DA will have read access so if they have ADUC installed they can use that.
Another easy way is to use adfind by MVP Joe Richards
http://www.joeware.net/freetools/tools/adfind/index.htm
Joe has a great shortcut for a users
adfind -sc u:<username> memberof
that will also give you the groups the user is a memeber of.
Thanks
Mike
