Convert seconds to hh:mm:ss format

Trying to convert a Time_Taken field that returns the number of seconds elapsed as a decimal into the hh:mm:ss format.  
=Format((Fields!Time_Taken.Value / 86400),"hh:mm:ss")

I don't think I can create a function in the expression box within my .rdlc file

I haven't noticed it should be on .rdlc file.

Please try this.

=String.Format("{0:HH:mm:ss}",CDate("0:0:0").AddSeconds(Fields! Time_Taken.Value))
