I downloade the iReport source project and loaded it in netbeans 6.0.1.. but when i try to run main project I get the error below... any pointers on how to resolve this?

D:\devel\iReport-nb-3.5.0-src\nbproject\build-impl.xml:19: You must define 'nbplatform.NetBeans_IDE_6.0.1_(Build_200801291616).harness.dir'

i think i need an overview of what is going on --  it seems ireport is a plugin to netbeans, and we are using netbeans to develop the plugin...  maybe just point me to some relevant docs or tutorials about developing plugin to netbeans -- what harness means, etc..
