Flip text (not image) using javascript, preferably or PHP

Hi -

I need to print out a greeting card that is folded in half then in half again to look like what you might purchase from the store. In order to make the card display properly some of the text will need to be upside down on the page prior to folding it.

Is there any CSS/Javascript/AJAX or PHP (last resort) code that can turn text upside down? I'd like to do this on the front-end not the server side. It doesn't need to be editable after the flip.

Of course, it needs to be compatible with IE, FireFox, Chrome, and Safari.

There is no CSS/Javascript code that can do that. To do it serverside using PHP look at this function for example http://uk.php.net/manual/de/function.imagefttext.php - using the angle parameter will flip your text. It is also possible using embedded SVG, but that excludes MSIE from your list of supported browsers.

To stay client-sided you can use Adobe Flash to flip text and images. Communication between flash and browser works with javascript or through loading a server page dynamically.
