I´m just doing the migration on the company and I´m not familiarized with the Pocket PC.<br />
Like reference i can say that before the migration the Pocket´s works fine, and they register ok on the DNS.<br />
May be you can tell me what is AKU 2.3...<br />

Recently i have migrated all our infraestructure from W2K to W2K8, including DNS, DHCP, AD, but not WINS.<br />
The problem that i have is with all the Pocket´s PC with Windows Mobile 5.0, doesn´t register on the DNS server. All other platafomrs, XP, W2K, W2K3, W2K8 registers itself on the DNS server with no problems, and the resolution by name its ok on all the organization.<br />
It´s WINS needed for DNS resolution for the Pocket´s PC or Windows Mobile 5.0?<br />
There is any problem with those and W2K8?<br />
Any idea?<br />
