Hi- I installed Norton 360 last night (don't know if that's the culprit, but I bet it is). Now I have these blue arrows on my jpeg icons and some of my adobe illustrator icons, and I can't open my Paintshop Pro program. I can open the images in othe programs, but if I try to open paintshop pro, I see it in the applications in the task manager(Paintshop.exe),  but it doesn't open.

I'd like to get rid of these blue arrrows as well, they bug me. :)

Attaching an image of the arrows. Thanks!
