I have a couple of physical servers with 2008 EE installed. I would like to run a few virtual servers on each. In the past I used VMWare. Can Hyper-V do this for me? How do I add Hyper-V? Is it a role?

    Accepted Solution

The 2008 Server must be 64-bit editions to use Hyper-v. Your Hardware must support virtualization which is turned on in your BIOS.
