I use ODesk all the time. &nbsp;Worst case scenario, I could ask Victor to sign up as a provider and pay him via ODesk for a 12% fee. &nbsp;Thanks for the advice.

It will be good for people in the future who are looking for the same solution.<br />
<br />
Also, since 12% is a lower fee than PayPal and Western Union, it _is_ the better solution for now.<br />
