Citrix Content Redirection not Saving

Greetings,

I have a weird issue which has been occuring since our service providers recently did an upgrade. Unfortunately the Tech is on leave so I dont have the details on what specifically he updated, but it was an upgrade to allow greater compression for offline application streaming.

This was working fine up until

The issue: In the Citrix Access Management Console, I will right click on Microsoft Word go to Modify Application properties, click on modify content redirection properties.

In there I will select "Show All available file types for this application" and pick select all (have tried just picking .doc also).

I close out by clicking Apply and then ok.

When I go back into it using the above steps, the content redirection is blank again. None of the other settings have changed, but I do not know what exactly I am looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached a video as an example. PLease rename the file to .avi as the system wouldnt let me upload a video file.

Regards,
Steve
