Removing ctfmon.exe when using office 2007

I am using Dragon Naturally Speaking 10.

ctfmon.exe caused issues with this product. I have upgraded to Office 2007 and the "normal" method of stopping ctfmon.exe does not work.

I looked on microsoft's site and all they make reference to is the Office XP product in regards to this problem.
