I have checked the above link and found that Background Intelligent Transfer Service was disabled.
what program you use that make that error after one hour?
ASKER
I use Microsoft Outlook, But the machine is configured as email-server. It runs application like spearmail, ccproxy, whatsupgold etc.
when you open other applications like whatsupgold does the error occurs?
ASKER
No i dont open the application it just runs in the system tray. When ever there is an error on the network and whatsupgold detects the error, i open the application.
it could be a background service
