I am running BES 22.214.171.124 with Exchange 2007 SP1
A user has a Blackberry 8900 and reported that they enabled Out Of Office in Outlook whilst they were away and did not receive any mail on their device. They tried reconciling and restarting the device but still did not receive any mail.
When they came back into the Office and turned Out Of Office off in Outlook, all of their mail was delivered.
I have been doing some testing with a another user, using the same model and mail is still forwarded to the device when Out Of Office is switched on.
I have checked the IT Policy and the User in BES but none of the settings indicate that mail would not be forwarded if Out Of Office was switched on.
Has anybody had this issue before? Are there any settings in BES or on the device itself that specify what action to take when Out Of Office is enabled?
