In Windows XP how do I execute a program when the PC wakes from hibernate state

 I need to run an exe file when an windows XP machine wakes from hibernate mode.
 How do I do this easily ?

    had you try the scheduled task  (when the computer starts)?!

    Tested out the hibstart.exe and it does what it says :-)
