Can you please let me know, how I can fix offline address book to be downloaded from local exchange server.

In current scenarion, every time I try to download the OAB, outlook tries to connect to remote server rather than local exchange server. Due to bandwidth constraints the download fails.

We also have a offline address list created for local server, still the problem persists.
Please let me know if you need more info.

Please go to the mailbox store and ensure that the Offline Address Book points to the correct Offline address list. Also ensure that the offline address book in the receipient container in the Exchange system manager points to the correct server (the server which you want to download the address book from) and then rebuild the offline address book.
    This should fix the issue.
