Exchange sends e-mail but user never receives e-mail

Our server has 2 NICs.  I recently reconfigured it to use 1 NIC using the Internet connection wizard.  I reconfigured it to simplify OWA and Outlook Anywhere access.  Both work great, however when you send an e-mail using the Exchange server, it appears to have sent the e-mail successfully but the recipient never receives the e-mail.
Also this a.m. I noticed in the Event Viewer this a.m. 3 successive error relating to the POP3 connector, Events, 1035, 1023 and 1019.  Event 1035 apparently triggers the other 2, it says,
"A error occurred in connecting to the <exchange.cbeyondlonline.com> POP3 server for user <xxx.xxxxx.com>.  The error is 11004.

thanks in advance for your help.

Mestha,

I shows in sent items folders.  I have tried different users/logins.
Sent Items is not message tracking. That doesn't prove the message was sent. All it shows is the message was moved to sent items.

Message tracking is a server side tool, which will show you what Exchange did with the message.

Simon.

I just had a blast of e-mails to come thru.  Some were almost 48 hours old and some I sent today.  Some were sent by Blackberry, others by LAN Outlook client, some by remote Outlook Anywhere and some by OWA.   I logged in to Outlook Anywhere on a remote client and sent 2 e-mails.  It took  approx. 15 minutes before  they arrived.  Any suggestions about the delay?

BTW, thanks for the Message Tracking info.
