Hey just wanted to know that if i am using a software other than Adobe product which gives me .swf files as an output, do I still coming in the licensee zone of Adobe , or swf format is free to use?

If the software you are using is free or open source then you don't have to buy anything. There is no license for swf file format - only for the software you are using.
