I have a BES 4.0 with approx. 20 users. &nbsp;I have one user in Israel that cannot get calendar items added to his BB to sync with outlook. &nbsp;The reverse does happen (Outlook will sync to BB). &nbsp;I have checked bbservice permissions on his mailbox and they are fine. &nbsp;Bidirectional Sync is checked under PIM sync for all categories. &nbsp;Everything else is working fine on the device.<br />
