.net installer application name

Hi everyone!

In a VB.Net 2005 Windows Application:

I am creating the installer for the program using a windows installer - . net installer.
One very important thing to mention here i am NOT using click once.

-Where can I modify or from where is the name taken for the message: "Welcome to the Foo Setup Wizard"  and the window task bar title?

-What are the steps to modify it?

If you select the setup project from Solution Explorer and then go to the properties window, you will see an entry for Product Name. This is where you change the name that you see in the window.

If I right click on the setup project - and choose properties I got the attached window

What I am doing wrong?

Not Right-click properties...

Select the project from server explorer then go to properties window (F4 key i believe). See the bottom arrow in my screenshot.
