Is this in 2007 or 2003?

Check that you have the latest SPs installed.

    If updates are already installed
    Close Outlook and reopen using
    Start>Run>Outlook.exe /cleanprofile

    Now try again?

    If it doesnt work try
    Start>Run>Outlook.exe /safe

I have Office 2003, SP3 and after trying to apply the answer to question about Microsoft debugger appearing after trying to make an appointment in Calendar, neither option worked:  Start/Run outlook.exe /cleanprofile or Start/Run outlook.exe /safe.  What is my next or alternative option?
