Parse Huge XML File

Hi Experts,
I am back with this question. Can someone please suggest me the best possible way and maybe help me in parsing a huge 160mb XML file. I am looking for some kind of flexibility in way,
to relate children nodes of different parents or in other words One attibute of one node with different children of other nodes.
I have attached the basic XML structure. please help me out with this.

My final goal is to come up with data in tabular form.

to get the data in tabular form you need to write an xsl and do an xst transformation

I am sorry.. I meant to say.. I want to dump this data in oracle tables in the end..
Not actually display the data.. So I don't need XSLT
