Using PayPal with Classic ASP

Im a Classic ASP programmer, and my client asked me to put up a modest website to sell his IT services, and receive payments via PayPal.

Can any one give me any sense of directions on how to get started?  More specifically:

-Does any one know if PayPal has a shopping cart, or do I have to create my own / use 3rd Party?

-If Ill create my own cart, does any one know how to obtain the Session ID (I want to avoid creating a login, as this is a very low budget, under $500)

-Would I be able to send PayPal parameters, like subtotal, tax1, tax2, etc.?

-Does any one know where I can get example code, properties, etc. for PayPal?  I couldnt find anything specific on

-With PayPal, would my client be able to accept credit cards?

-With PayPal, would my client need a SSL, or PayPal handles this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
