You can define the policy to display the first so many K of a message to the whole message if you would like. You can also have attachments either be contained in the &quot;pointer&quot; message or have them stored on the evault or both. You can have the policy define it to where you can have for example from 90 days from today keep on exchange and the rest archive. <br />
