Outlook 2007 Cache Mode - RPC over HTTPS - Minimize conflicts

We are moving forward to exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007

Customers that are in Outlook 2007 Cache mode were receiving a lot of Conflicts and local failures in their Outlook profiles.

We made a change on the Blackberry servers to change the polling for a minute to reduce the number of conflicts.  This was while we were in Outlook 2007 in MAPI mode.

They recently just enabled RPC over HTTPS and the conflicts/ local failures are back.

We do not want the customers to wait 2 or 3 minutes for messages to reach the handheld, but we have to have RPC over HTTPS enabled in the organization

Check the Sync Issues folder in Outlook 2007 and then let us know what does the conflict message state.

Almost every message that reach the inbox develops a conflict.  If I take Outlook out of Cache mode, we dont receive any conflicts.  As previously stated We made changes on the BES for 60 seconds after the message reaches inbox to send to handheld, and that was working out fine, but now that we enabled RPC over HTTPS I am trying to coming up with a better solution either than extending the polling period, as to the handheld will not receive the message until about 21/2 to 3 minutes after it reaches the mailbox

First thing I would verify is that you have the latest version with SPs, etc... of the BES.  Which version are you presently running?  If not the latest then update.
