I need to push an update

I need to push the update for office 2003 users to be able to open 2007 files. I do no have wsus. What  will be the best way to do this. Can I use Group Policy.

you can modify the script below and use startup script

thanks it now works however i have a terminal server and it only works when I am logged in as an admin. when i log in as a regular user I get a "converter cannot open file" message.
