Can you import data from .oab files?

I have a client that got a virus on her system.  I was unable to remove the virus, so I cloned the hard drive and reinstalled windows.  On the cloned hard drive her application data folder, and her pst file are missing.  Is it possible to extract any data from the .oab files on the cloned drive?

Her company uses hosted exchange, and I'm pretty sure that the host does not retain any of her contact data (they only have 100mb per inbox, so they download everything into pst files)
