KMS License Server

I have a couple of Vista workstation running in my domain and I believe I set up a KMS server somewhere to activate them, however, I cannot remember where I did that.  How can I find the KMS License server in the network?  I am going to start rolling out Server 2008 boxes and need to get one activated.

It should have an entry in your DNS server, which should lead you to the locaiton of your KMS...

AH!  There it is, well, new question then.  What if that machine no longer exists in the network.  Can I just set up a new KMS Server?  Yes I am using Volume Activation 2.0.
