How do I find and make use of rich text box formatting in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 2008?

I have already installed SQL Server 2008 with Reporting Services and Visual Studio 2008, and I see no way of implementing the promised rich text box feature. When designing a report in VS 2008, I see no RichTextBox control in the toolbox, no RichText property for the TextBox tool, and html formatted text doesn't render in reports.  Where is it and exactly how do I implement it?

To have the contents of a textbox formatted according to included HTML tags, in the Visual Studio report designer, right-click on a blank textbox, select "Create Placeholder".  A dialog box will pop up in which you can select the data field to be used for content, and select an option to interpret HTML that may be contained in that content.

You have to double-click on the textbox, first, to edit the content, before right-clicking to get the menu with "Create Placeholder" in it.  You can have multiple placeholders in the box, and each placeholder can contain an expression.
