Shut down cisco switch remotely

Is there any command or script to completely shut down cisco switch in case of emercency..?

You can't turn off a switch remotely... all you can do is reboot it or disable ports.

Unless of course the switch is connected to a power unit that you can turn off remotely.  That would in turn power down the switch.

Turn in off remotely? You can't even turn it off locally! ;-)

There aren't any power switches until you get to the 4500's.

In case of emergency why would you want to turn off a Cisco switch/router?  Halon release?
If you have Halon or something, then invest in an APC PDU unit and you can power on/off any outlet plugged into it.  Link =
