I ordered the download for passware reset professional 9.0 based on the link you gave me. &nbsp;Unfortunately after buying the utility for $295.00 it goes through all the motions like it is reseting the password and it never does. &nbsp;The company that makes the program doesn't have any technical support except by e-mail and they don't return your request for help. &nbsp;Are there any other alternatives besides reinstalling everything from scratch?

I have a client that has had the administrator password changed by somebody on their Small Business Server 2003. &nbsp;I have tried a couple of utilities that brag about being able to reset the password to nothing and they have not worked. &nbsp;Does anybody have a suggestion without reinstalling the entire server?
