How do I add the column for "deleted items" in the Exchange 2007 management console?

In the Exchange 2003 ESM, you could add/remove a column for deleted items to see how much a user has in their "deleted Items" folder.  Does anyone know how to do this in 2007?

Powershell of course.

Or you could use Glen's script.

I wasn't clear - you can't add the information to the EMC - you have to use Powershell to get that information.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Ahh, ok, thanks.  Do you happen to know that command?

The script above will give you what you need. Is there any reason why you don't want to use that?
