Quark on terminal server

I'm trying to run quark on a terminal server. I'm having a problem when someone has quark open, then no one else can open it until everyone else has it closed. Does anyone know of a way to allow more than one person to open quark on a terminal server?

are you talking about the event viewer logs?
yes and maybe some quark  .log file may be created on the server.
No, no log files. quark runs fine it works. It just won't open for more than one person at the same time.
What about 2 normals sessions, with 2 differents users running quark
Maybe quark is checking that it is already running on the server
these are 2 normal sessions. If one user opens quark and a second user on the terminal server opens quark the second user gets an error message that this program is already in use. If the first user closes quark then the second user can open it and it works. I need to have both users be able to open quark at the same time.
Ok quark is checking that it is already running on the server.

try this 2 walk arround

First : right click on quark.exe, choose tab compatibility, choose let' say windows Nt or 98

Second : lets see first before
I got the error message this program requires windows xp or greater. I'm running it on server 2008. I tried all the other options it would allow and they did not work either.

I do have a license for each user, I couldn't get help from quark because they said they don't support server operating systems. they would not budge from that statement. I renamed the exe but I recieved an error message on the renamed that said it couldn't find a .DLL
witch .DLL ?
