how to see who lost internet connection?

I have this  router  NETGEAR ProSafe VPN Firewall FVS336G  and loadblancing, I want to find out who , when lost their connection what time and what caused it .. How can I do that?

The syslogs of your netgear can give you meaning ful information. You can use any of the below syslog analyzers to collect the syslogs;

Thank you for replying...I have looked at the Kiwi  and it says 72 dollars for the US.. and I have no idea how to make use of this softwares?

Kiwi syslog is free and can be downloaded from solarwinds site;
