Hi,

Which player are you using? I know in VLC or Media Player Classic you can easily access them.

If you want to rip the DVD to PC just use DVD FAB Platinum. Click "Customise"  and then make sure that the "sub picture" box is ticked and it will rip and copy the movie with the subtitles.
If you mean on a DVD player connected to a TV just press subtitles on your remote to view them.
If you mean play the DVD on your PC with subtitles -- agree with 'uetian1707' use VLC player and turn subtitles on.

Drop in the DVD and play it in your default DVD player whether it be on your computer or the TV DVD player, the TV DVD player even eaiser.
both media players that support DVD playback should give you the option to use subtitles
when the DVD video starts,
it asks which language and will show a list available if it differs from the DVD original then you get sub titles.
otherwise just select enable sub titles and choose ENGLISH

Power DVD
shows at the start select language once the DVD plays then just r/click the interface and select sub titles

Use Cam Studio to capture
enable the record audio  if you want otherwise leave out, play the video with subs in VLC and record the screen,
suggest you keep the screen size of VLC not too big then use the regeon setting in Cam Studio

so you dont get a black screen during recording
Disable the direct draw ( hardware acceleration)  prior to playing the DVD in VLC,
r/click the desktop properties/settings/ advanced / troubleshoot, pul the slider back to zero.
Please remember to put it bacl later so that the features that require hardware acceleration will function again.
And now you should have what you need
Cheers
