We have a user who is unable to print the email headers from certain large corporations i.e. when we print to our HP 4515x printer, only the email message body would appear, the email headers at the top does not come out in the printout i.e. the sender email, date, recipient and date is missing. <br />

When printing other emails the whole email message is printed : headers, body, signatures / disclaimers. &nbsp;We use IMAP / Internet emails i.e. not Lotus Notes or Exchange. <br />

I tried looking for any printing settings or preferences but could not find any. <br />

Has anyone encountered this and have the resolution?? Thanks!
