I have a blackberry device that will not synch the last 14 days of emails. The BES device has been set to synch 14 days. THe device has been wiped and activated wireless and by connecting it directly to the BES server.
It will only synch parts of april 23rd and april 22. The dates then jump back to February back to october.

Hi, in order for the pre-populations settings to be applied during activation the users account must be deleted and re-added to the BES.  In short the pre-population settings only apply to new BES users.  Also apart from changing the setting to 14 days set the below option to 750 messages.

Also keep in mind that the activation process will pre-populate emails with the inbox and sent items.  Also if a user was previously activated on the BES and you are changing device the user data may not have been purged correctly from the database (i.e. It thinks email from 21st April to Feb have already been sent to the device ).  Once you delete the user stop and start the BlackBerry service before adding the user back and performing the activation.
