I'm getting a cd cover together and I've completely forgot the sizing for a CD insert. Could anyone enlighten me to the proper width and height measurements? I'll be taking this to Kinkos and getting them printed, then I'll just cut them out and stick them in the front of (slim) cd cases.

CD Insert Sizing?
