Lotus Notes Autoreply Not Being Triggered

Hi, a Lotus Notes user who has a client installed with ver. 6.5.1. is setting the Out of Office correctly but the Autoreply is not being triggered. With OOO enabled, the Agent is seen as Enabled on both the client itself from Database > Properties > Go To Agents and also under Status > Agents from the R6 Administrator.
Would appreciate any feedback !

    Check the security on the server that the OoO is configured to run on.  The user must be allowed to run Restricted Lotus Script agents.

    Check the server document, Security tab.  Typically you would use a group name to control this.

    Once changed, you may need to restart the server -- I can never remember as some of the setting refresh every 10 minutes or so.

    Screen shot attached --- In the Name & Address book on the server, goto Configuration, Server, All server documents.  Open the server that you wish to edit.

    Modify the highlighted field as show in the attached screen.  Note, in my example we have groups calls Staff and Administrators.  I guess you will have your own.

    In the named field we have usergroup "All Users" and I just noticed that this user is not a member of it. Guess this is the problem, right ?
