monitoring an ibm xseries 345

Hi guys,
I have an IBM xseries 345 with a raid 5.
I need to know how I can monitor it and if I can see if all disks are ok.
Do you know if there is an ibm tools who can do that ?

    The IBM ServerRAID Manager and Agent software is what we use.  It works, and it's freely downloadable at IBM's site.  Posting a link here would be useless because it keys off your exact system type, which there's a bazillion versions.
