iui css problem

can anyone tell me please why the fieldset is not appearing in my page?

heres a link, its not appearing in any of ie, firefox or safari. as its for iphone specific i'm only really interested in safari (if that helps!)

    Hi Matt,

    the isue is with an incorrectly terminated <a> tag.
    <a id="backButton" class="button" href="#" style="display: none;"/>
    Should be
    <a id="backButton" class="button" href="#" style="display: none;"></a>
