I have norton 360 and the email addon.<br />
For the last few weeks the antispam folder shows as empty (ie nothing in it) however if I click on Empty Spam Folder then spam emails are directed to the Deleted items folder. The problem with this I cannot use the button &quot;This is Not Spam&quot;<br />

Twice I have made long contact calls to Symantec where they have come on to my computer to sort the problem but its made no difference. On the last occassion the updated my version to Version: 3.0.0.135 where the email addin seems to have become an integral part of the software whichis good except Norton Antispam Folder is still not working.<br />
Any any ideas please?<br />
